Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses in Ireland only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders to Ireland.

We offer free delivery to Ireland (7–10 business days). Orders ship from outside the EU, so import VAT and a handling fee may be charged on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to Ireland is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Orders shipping separately

If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate parcels.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@fzvibe.com and we will help sort it out.
